Zipabox Backup expansion module keeps your Zipabox Smart Home Controller up and running during a power outage or other power or network disruptions. The expansion module is a rechargeable battery that provides up to 24 hours of uninterruptible power supply to the Zipabox main unit. It also includes USB port for connecting 3G USB stick for backup internet connection so you never lose connection with the cloud. It also comes with built-in tamper sensor, which will detect shocks and vibrations and alert you when the module is tampered with.
