The Aeotec aërQ Temperature and Humidity Sensor 8 is an advanced temperature and humidity sensor featuring Z-Wave Long Range technology for accurate indoor climate monitoring and early mold risk detection. Using an integrated dew point calculation, the sensor continuously analyzes temperature and humidity levels and alerts you when ventilation or air conditioning is needed.

With up to 4 years of battery life and optional USB-C power supply, the aërQ 8 is designed for long-term operation in bedrooms, living rooms, basements, offices, and vacation homes. Its Z-Wave 800 Series chipset ensures reliable smart home connectivity with wireless ranges of up to 1 km in Z-Wave Long Range networks.

Compatible with SmartThings, Home Assistant, Homey, Fibaro, and other Z-Wave platforms, the sensor enables intelligent automation of ventilation systems, heating, and air conditioning to maintain a healthy and comfortable indoor environment.
